What is PMP® Training about?

SAP PP training bridges the gap between sales demand and manufacturing execution. The course equips learners with technical expertise to map and automate multiple styles of manufacturing environments—including Discrete, Process, and Repetitive production models. You will learn to architect deep manufacturing configurations, deploy modern Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live) runs to avoid raw material stockouts, and manage shop floor orders from release to final receipt. It is an essential course for optimizing factory outputs and reducing resource waste.

What is PMP® Training about?

  • PMP training prepares project leaders to navigate the hyper-complex, multi-methodology execution demands of today’s business environments. Fully aligned with the latest Project Management Institute (PMI) ECO (Examination Content Outline), this intensive program balances rigorous technical project structures with interpersonal leadership dynamics and macroeconomic strategic alignment. Over three distinct domain divisions—People, Process, and Business Environment—learners dissect real-world project simulations, risk mitigation architectures, resource constraint optimization, and adaptive agile backlogs. This training serves as a comprehensive accelerator for earning the world’s premier project management credential

What are the objectives of PMP® Training?
